Unlike most professionals, you
probably will not get to meet me until after you
hire me. Furthermore, different inspectors have
varying qualifications, equipment, experience,
reporting methods, and yes, different pricing.
One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires
work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection
depends heavily on the individual inspector’s
own effort. If you honor me by permitting
me to inspect your new, or existing home, I guarantee
that I will give you my very best effort. This
I promise you.

and components in the building in full compliance
of the Standards of Practice of the Canadian Association
of Home & Property Inspectors (CAHPI) and
the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
It covers hundreds of items: everything from the
roof to the foundation, including the electrical,
plumbing and heating systems, the insulation,
ventilation, attic, roof, etc. He uses moisture
meters, electrical meters, gas-leak detectors,
and other state-of-the-art equipment. Inspections
are done with your health and safety in mind.
We check for gas leaks, carbon monoxide, moisture
intrusion, signs of mould, faulty electrical,
improper framing. We keep an eye out for energy
efficiency. Insulation and ventilation are key
elements. |
